To be considered for the Lake Whitney Arts Scholarship, graduating seniors must complete this application as thoroughly and as accurately as possible.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN, you will need
-- your GPA
-- your intended major in college (preferably in the field of Fine Arts or Communication)
-- theatre credits
-- regular school students will need at least one faculty reference from your school (name and contact info)
-- homeschool students will need at least one NON-PARENT instructor reference (name and contact info)
-- two personal references (name, contact info, and length of acquaintance)
-- a 700-word essay expressing your opinion on the topic of “How Fine Arts are Important to Society”
