You're invited to our next Volunteer Huddle: Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 3pm
Our Odd-Month Volunteer Huddle is a gathering every two months (in odd-numbered months) where anyone interested can learn about our volunteer needs for the next few months. If you have any interest in lending your time and skills in any capacity, we invite you to come kibitz with us!
It's a fun, laid-back social with a little bit of training, some laughs, some refreshments, and an exclusive preview of some cool projects we have coming up! We may also have some brochures to fold or envelopes to address while we have extra hands.

Without the contribution of our fabulous volunteers, Lake Whitney Arts would not be able to continue as a source of enjoyment in the community.
Production Support
Volunteers can provide assistance to Producers in presenting each production by helping with acting, set (construction and acquisition), costumes (construction and collection), props, theatre maintenance, and so on.
Ushering and Concession Sales
Volunteers help show patrons to their seats, give patrons playbills for each performance and generally manage the house during performances. They also manage the concession counter and account for concession profits during each performance.
Volunteers are the first to see every production on a special Preview Night (the final dress rehearsal before opening) as a special "thank you", a one of a kind T-Shirt only offered to Volunteers.
