We are excited to have you participate! Please watch your email for a confirmation from Stacey. Depending on what else is going on at the theatre, this may take a few days. 

In the mean time, here is a hodgepodge of all kinds of information you might find useful:

--Also on that page, we will compile a list of exhibitors who have already registered, with links to websites if available. Your business name will be added ASAP, and if you included a business URL or social media weblink, we'll link to your page.

--If you need to get ahold of us, please email rather than call. Facebook message is also effective. Our theatre phone is now a mobile phone, and Cindy-- who is our expert on show ticketing, not vendor events-- is the person who usually answers it. She will probably tell you to email Stacey.

--You may begin unloading and setting up your booth at 7:30am that morning. We will have volunteers on hand to help find your spot.

--Please take note of booth dimensions. Indoor booths have NO WIGGLE ROOM and must fit entirely inside the 8-foot by 6-foot space. We recommend practicing setting up your booth at home before the event, and planning your display to fit within those dimensions. Outdoor booths are roughly 10x10 feet, and have a few inches of wiggle room.

--T-Mobile reception is hit-and-miss in and around the building. Just FYI

--Each exhibitor is to handle their own sales.
