Dance is Divine
Lake Whitney Arts latest production, Nunsense II, The Second Coming by Dan Goggin, is filled with wonderful songs. But with all songs, you got to have dance. Luckily there is Jennifer Uptmore.
Jennifer is a skilled choreographer who got her start at an early age. Her Mom was a dance teacher so naturally Jennifer followed in her footsteps. She studied Theatre and dance at Texas State University before transferring to the University of Texas and getting her Bachelor of Arts in dance. Since then she has been busy teaching dance in West and as a theatre teacher at Reicher Catholic High School in Waco.
You can see Jennifer’s spectacular choreography when Nunsense II opens with a dinner theater on November 9th at 6:30 p.m. Other performances are November 10th and 17th at 2:00 p.m. and November 15th and 16th at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance for dinner theater and $10 in advance and $12 at the door for all other performances.
